Valerin sen is a dietary supplement whose ingredients help to achieve a state of relaxation and calm the body, thus facilitating falling asleep and improving the quality of sleep, necessary for regeneration and proper functioning of the body. Lemon balm herb extract helps maintain a positive mood, facilitates relaxation, helps in falling asleep. Hop cone extract has a soothing effect and contributes to restful sleep. Cultivated crocus extract contributes to emotional balance and helps maintain a positive mood. Magnesium and vitamin B6 help in the proper functioning of the nervous system and in maintaining proper psychological functions. L-theanine, L-tryptophan and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) are compounds belonging to the group of amino acids.

Application

Dietary supplementation with ingredients that help with falling asleep and in states of nervous tension and anxiety.

Recommended intake

Adults 1-2 tablets about 1 hour before bedtime. Wash down with water.

Magnesium carbonate, corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), L-theanine, lemon balm herb extract, hop extract, L-tryptophan, gamma-aminobutyric acid, magnesium salts of fatty acids (glazing agent), crocus extract, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (glazing agent), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), titanium dioxide (dye), hydroxypropyl cellulose (glazing agent), pyridoxine hydrochloride, indigo carmine (dye), PN black (dye), beeswax and carnauba wax (glazing agents).
1 tablet contains: lemon balm herb extract 50mg, hops extract 50mg, L-theanine 60mg, L-tryptophan 50mg, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) 25mg, crocus extract (saffron) 10mg, vitamin B6 0.7mg ( 50%)*, magnesium 56mg (15%)*.
