Returns

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Irish distance selling regulations.
  2. The period is counted from the day following the receipt of the goods by the Consumer or a person designated by them.
  3. In the case of orders including multiple Products delivered separately, the period is counted from the receipt of the last Product.
  4. The Consumer must return the product within 14 days from informing the seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract.
  5. The refund covers the full order amount excluding delivery costs.
  6. The Consumer bears the cost of returning the Product, which they must send at their own expense, regardless of the reason for the return. In the case of a defective or incorrect product, the Seller covers the return costs.
  7. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of its return, in the same form as the original payment.
  8. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned Product is received. The return must be made in its original condition and original packaging, if it is not damaged.

Complaints

  1. If a Product is defective, the Consumer may submit a complaint via email or postal mail.
  2. The Consumer has the right to a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the product is defective.
  3. After 1 month, the Consumer may submit a complaint but may be required to prove that the defect existed at the time of purchase.
  4. Complaints should be directed to the company address listed above.
  5. The Consumer may choose any form of complaint shipment (courier, postal mail), but the Seller covers the shipping cost in case of an approved complaint.
  6. The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the Consumer of the decision.
