HOW TO USE

Chia seeds can be added to yogurts, smoothies, muesli, oatmeal, salads, desserts, and baked goods. They can be consumed after soaking in water, milk, or plant-based beverages, and can also be added to dishes whole or ground. Before consuming them as puddings, allow the seeds to soak in liquid to swell. Do not consume dry seeds directly with water due to their tendency to swell.
