HOW TO USE

Soak a dust-free cotton pad with CLEANER and wipe each nail. Apply subsequent layers of hybrid manicure: base, color and top . After finishing with the sticky dispersion layer, wipe the top with a cotton pad soaked in CLEANER until the dispersion layer disappears completely.
