As a base: Apply a thin layer of Glow Booster base to cleansed skin before applying foundation.
As a foundation: Apply evenly to face using a sponge, brush, or fingers. Coverage can be built up.
Glow Effect: Mix the contents of both dispensers and apply as one product. For maximum radiance, do not powder the skin.
