METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

Stir the product thoroughly before each use. Pour 1 cup (250 ml) of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of the mixture ( 5 g). Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. Then let steep for 10 minutes and strain. It's best to drink the infusion in the evening – 1 cup daily.
