HOW TO USE
Shake the bottle thoroughly before use to combine both phases. Apply the liquid to a cotton pad and place it on your closed eyelid. Leave for a few seconds, then gently wipe to remove makeup. Repeat if necessary until all cosmetics are removed. Does not require rinsing.
