HOW TO USE

We recommend brushing your teeth for about 3 minutes at least twice a day - in the morning after waking up and in the evening before going to bed. It is also advisable to brush your teeth after each meal if possible. Remember that regular and thorough tooth brushing is essential for maintaining a healthy mouth.
